Hello All,
Silly question I know. We have rolled out a Cisco 9971's to the desks of our office and at the top of the phone it displays the DDI for each extension. But our Admin is dislexic and has made a typo in the lead digits of the DDI.... and now he's on holidays.
I've been huntin through CCMAdmin on the Call Manager MCS to see where the lead digits are set but I can't find it listed anywhere to correct it.
Any advice would be appreciated as it doesn't instill confidence when a visible error like that is on every phone.
Kind Regards
David

You want to go to Device > Phone and locate your phone. Click on the device name column for your phone. Then click on the left side where you see your lines (phone numbers). From there you will see "External Phone Number Mask" that's where you want to change it to update the top line display.

Thanks JoeMar2,
Your recommendation was correct, however he had setup Extension mobility so the line options were under the Control profile.
Thank
