9971 Softkey

Hi,

I have three question.

1 - There is any way to change the softkey of 9971 phone.

2 - When i restart the cisco ip phone 7975 its give auth fail, what is the reason and what can we do.

3 - What is the steps to put a animation backgroud in 9971 & 7975.

1. No. You can only control whether the function is available using a Feature Control Policy.
2. Search the forums. We have covered this exhaustively.
3. Not supported.

for the animation on cisco phone i check in youtube i can find some one putting animation in cisco ip phone correct me if i am wrong.\

The documentation for the 7900 series phones states that the background must be a PNG file. Last I checked the PNG file format does not support animation. The 8900 and 9900 series documentation states the same requirements.
