Hi all,
now I have a problem with the simple B-ACD AA script, I do the following configuration on the router, then is works(when I call the phone number from pstn, the AA script will answer the call with the prompt music, and then I can press "0" or 20600 to connect to the operator or dial the Ext. directly), but it will fail to work after about one week (with no configuration changed, and it had happened two times), if I call it from PSTN when it fail to work, the AA script will answer the call with the prompt music as normal, and i can dial the Ext. number directly as normal(including the operator number), but when I press "0" for connecting to operator, it will have no response(if I press "#" or just waiting after pressing "0", it will be aways silent and no timeout prompt and no connection).
I do not known how to solve the problem and there are some configuration and debug in the router, I hope to have some suggestion about this.

I do not known is it necessary to config these command on the router but I do not config it on the router(and it can work well without these command)
