Hi All,
When I configure AAR destination mask, it works. But when I put the same number in External Phone Number Mask, it doesn't work . Has anybody got it working in CUCM 11.5 ?
Calling Phone Device Page: AAR CSS , AAR Group is configured
Called Phone Device Page: AAR CSS , AAR Group is configured
Called Phone Line Page:
AAR Group (under AAR Settings) and External Phone number mask is configured. NOT WORKING
AAR Group (under AAR Settings) and AAR destination mask is configured. WORKING
