Access Control Group - Role for CUCM Administration

Dear Experts,

 

We have to create Admin Accounts for Support Engineers, They should have access to Only selected Pages and Selected Features:

 

1. Device Tab - Phone Administration - Add / Remove / Reset Phones

2. Call Routing - Client Matter Code - They should be able to Add and View Client Matter Codes.

 

They should not have any other access. Kindly help how to Create this strict Access Control Group.

 

I tried cisco documentation, but when I am adding predefined roles, it is granting extra access which is critical and cannot be given to Support Engineers.

I used below steps and the requirement is achieved:

 

1. Create "Access Control Group"

2. Add Users to the Group

3. Create and Role and add the Role to Access Control Group you created in 1st step

4. Add the Read and Update values in the Role:

- CMC info for Client Matter Code

- Phone Web Pages for Phone Managment

5. Add the user to "Standard CCM Admin Users" Group
