I just upgrade Cisco CallManager 4.1(2) to Cisco CallManager 5.0(2). I can get access to callmanager administration page, disaster recovery system page and platform administration page but not callmanager serviceability page. It says access denied when I try to open one of menu for e.g: service activation. it also happend to all sub menu.
I used CCMAdministrator to login but only in Serviceability page shows 'administrator' not CCMAdministator. Is this possible cause this problem?
Does anybody know and resolve this issue?
