Has anybody had a problem with the CallManager feature to do Ad-Hoc conferences on Cisco IP Phones 7940, where everybody is connected to the conference, but participants cannot hear each other, until they press the hold and then resume on the phone

Can you let us know the CCM and phone firmware versions. It sure sounds like a bug here, maybe we can do a little search for you.
