Ad-Hoc conferense is not working properly

Hello!

Conference at the CCM 4.2 starts on the phones after 3-5 minutes. RTP stream appears immediately, but voice on the phones is heard after 3-5 minutes.

What is the CFB SW or in 6608, ISR, CMM ?

any routing issues?

Which codecs being used?

Internal phones?

CFB is SW on CCM. Codecs G.711/G.729. Internal and external phones.

Hi there,

the software conference bridge doesn't support g.729, so that might be part of your problem, try a conference with just g.711

also, do you have a security device, eg firewall between your phones and the CUCM server?
