Add ISR4331 to CUCM using the BAT Tool

Hello,

I have about 50 ISR 4331 to add to CUCM.  Has anyone done this using the BAT tool?  I see that you can insert gateways, but the ISR 4331 model is not in the list of available gateways to insert.  TIA

I'll assume you mean as MGCP GWs as you don't mention the protocol, if your version doesn't have that model you'd need to:

A) Install a DevPack which adds support for that ISR model (assuming there is one for your version)

B) Upgrade to a newer version which does have support for that model

OR

Use the ISRs as H.323 or SIP VGWs

Hello, 

I have the DevPack installed on all nodes for the ISR 4331, and the tomcat server has been restarted.  However, I still do not see the device in the bulk import for the gateways. Thanks
