Advice required on phone setup for part time user

Hello,

Scenario:

We have one particular user who sites on one desk with one extension number but has a split role and works part time on job (a) and part time on job (b). When she is doing job (a) she only wants to receive job (a) related calls and vice versa. Is there any setup you can think of that can facilitate this?

CUCM - the end user is using extension mobility. I thinking potentially providing the user with a second UDP.

I was going to say EM, unless he has a fixed schedule, then you could also consider ToD.
