after adding users how to add devices, aka jabber, android and iphone profiles in bulk

i have added 90+ users to cucm 10.5 with ext. now i need to add jabber, android and iphone call profiles, can someone point me on the right direction. i have used Jaime Valencias tuts but stuck at this. every one adds phones but i dont need them.

Configure one of each device you need, and then use BAT to export them, then use it as a template for the remaining devices.

thats what i did but some still give me errors

examples are

BOT

CFS

TAB

TCT

I get errors for BOT and TAB when using bulk, the others worked ok

the example does not have over 15 characters and its all cap letters.
template is TCP-UK
Errors:

Insert Phones in /common/bps/csvfiles/phones/insert/specific/ad-TAB.csv

Failure Details :

These do not meet the requirements for failure.
