Hello,
I'm training on Unified Communications and I got a 3845 for practice using CME, I've been trying to setup the AIM2-CUE-K9 module I got all the files and updated to the latest version possible for both, the router and the AIM Module.
When I try to setup the module it shows me that can't mount the sda, is there a way to run a diagnostic or try to reinstall from 0 or just the helper is my only option. I'm trying to figure out if I need to get a new module, if I'm using the wrong files. I do have a valid license (I have smart account) for the module but I haven't go to that point yet.
