Hi,
We currently have Cisco Callmanager 4.1(3) & have created Personal Directory Services for a single department, everything seems to work fine, however, i was just curious to know whether is it possible to view the added entries in a alphabetical order for the users first name.
Currently the Personal directory displays users in order of their last names.
