We cannot find a workaround, and Cisco has not yet responded to our escalations through TAC and AE. Any ideas on other Border Controllers that we could use until the bug is resolved?
We are migrating from Unity/Siemens and consolidating to UCCE/CUCM. Unfortunately our Genesis IVR cannot pass screen pops which is critical to our business.
