Amplifier for a landline Cisco phone for hard of hearing employee

I am using a Cisco landline phone at work. 

I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids, but still have trouble hearing on this work phone

Is there an amplifier available to purchase. If so do I need to know the model number of the Cisco phone that I am currently using at work?
