Hi All,
I am facing call disconnect issue on the analog phone connected on a VG224 device. Internal calls works ok external calls failes. Initially I noted that the calls are automatically treated as t38 fax call so i disabled the t38 from VG224 as well as PRI voice gateway. Here is the call flow, logs are attached.
PSTN --> VG3945 MGCP --> CUCM 9.1 --> VG224 MGCP --> Phone
We had our CUCM upgrade to 9.1 two weeks before. I am not seeing SDI traces when I download the CUCM traces only SDL is present. Is that the default behavior of new CUCM? Please help
Thanks,
Lajith P

Hi Lajith,
In CUCM 9.x, sdi and sdl logs are combined so you can find the same info in SDL.
Please attach SDL logs for a problematic test call.
It always good to configure FXS port as sccp if you are using mostly analog phones attached to FXSs.

Hi Suresh,
I figured out the problem. The external number hits an hunt pilot number and rings the extension configured on VG224 from its LG. The HL has the RNA set to 10. That was the reason the call had that behaviour.
Thanks,
