Analog trunking with 3rd party PBX

I recently ordered a Cisco ATA 186 to install analog trunks between a Cisco UCM PBX and an Avaya CM PBX. To my dismay I have learned that the ATA 186 does not send digits out its ports and thus cannot interface with a PBX.

Can anyone suggest a cheap alternative? I just need two ports for backup purposes only. Thanks.

FXS ports on the router.

Note however integration made with FXS/FXO have always poor results.
