Having a very weird issue with some ATA186s I am trying to setup. I have gotten them added and registered in call manager (11.5) and they can receive calls to those numbers no problem.
Where i am running into an issue is dialing out with them. I have an analog phone attached to them, can hear a dial tone, but when i press when i try to dial all i am getting is the dial tone. Eventually it will time out and give a busy signal but there is no response from the keys being pressed on the phone.
I also tested one of the extensions associated with the ATAs on an IP phone and had no issues dialing out so I dont thinks its tied to the extension. Its almost like the phone plugged in is just functioning as a speaker and the ata is receiving no input from the phone.
