I have an issue here. When I pick up the call from IP Phone, I hear no sound and the caller still hear the ringing tone for the next 7-10 seconds before the call establish and we start the conversation.
Below is the call setup:
Call from outside --> Sip trunk --> Voice Gateway (CUBE) --> SIP trunk --> CUCM --> IP Phone (SIP)
Outbound call do not have this issue.
Any idea hot to troubleshoot?

Can you provide a 'debug ccsip messages' from the CUBE, and a trace of the Cisco CallManager service? That should tell us where the breakdown in the relay of the OK message is.
