ATA 188

I am looking for help to find the flash and then help flashing an ATA 188 that has V3.1.1 atasip (Buikd 040813T0 on it to V3.1.0 atasccp (Build 040305B.

I have an ATA 188 that is set up as a SIP device.  I need to find the software that will install this version on the flash  " V3.1.0 atasccp (Build 040305B). This version will change the ata from a SIP device to a SCCP device which I need it to be in order for it to work on my system.
