ATA 190 Fax

Hi Experts

I wonder if you would be able to help with this issue.

We have deployed ATA 190 for Fax use on SIP sites and these work fine and send and receive.

But our other sites are on ISDN and the ATA 190 will send but can't receive fax.

Everything is the same with these ATA's on call manager with the ones on SIP.

Are ATA190 compatible with ISDN?

Yes they are. Are you using fax pass through or T38? For fax password
through it should work fine.

This might be a problem cuz most likely your telco won't pass T38
encapsulations over PRI unless you notify them and they support that. Try
to use Pass-Through. This should work straight forward.
