I had to replace an informacast analog adaptor that connected to a Bogan overhead paging system. I was recommended to use ATA 191 as the replacement. This is a ATA191-K9 enterprise device, not MPP.
I configured the device in cucm and when analog phone is attached it rings. However, when I connect the RJ11 from the ATA to the PCMTIM it will not initiate the device to enter the paging code. I can attach the analog phone to the PCMTIM, enter the code and the overhead paging opens up. I am thinking there is something that needs to be configured yet within the cucm that when the ext is dialed the paging zone digits are sent too.
There is limited documentation available to assist with setting these devices up. Any assistance would be appreciated.
