Hi
I feel a little foolish asking this, but I am having some issues getting a ATA186 to convert to use an SCCP image from H323. I have set the DHCP and UseTFTP values both to 1. It is now using DHCP successfully. The SCCP image is definitely on the CUCM6BE server. But it does not want to reset. I may be missing something, since I have never needed to do the conversion this way around.
What am I missing?
Thanks in advance

Why foolish? This happens a lot.
Basically, to force a ATA to re-flash, you need the "ATA tools" from CCO download.
With these, you prepare an atadefault.cfg file form a text file that defines certain parameters. All is expalined both in ATA docs and the "tools files" themselves.
Once you have the file on your TFTP server, this will let the box to upgrade.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hi
Thanks for that. I remember about the ATA tools now! I will give them a go and let you know!
