ATA187 2nd line port disabled

Hi,,

I have an ATA 187 with two analog port connected to CUCM 8.6 and its working fine for the 1st line port but the 2nd line port is disabled , I already try from ( modify button items ) but when I try to move line 2 to the associated items it show me an error message ( fixed features cannot moving ) and I don't know how to solve this issue.

Please help

You will need to create a separate device for your second line. See the post below.
