Hello all.
I have customer who reported that time to time calling party can not hear them. Based on description it looks like one way audio, therefore IP routing. I did packet capture on CUBE in DC and then on CE device in remote destination. When I decode RTP stream I can actually hear calling party very well, but called party is too loud that calling party can not hear it.
We swap ATA itself, analog phone even move ATA closer to analog phone.
Tried to revise configuration:
Input Audio Level
Output Audio Level
Impedance
but issue is still recurring (time to time).
ATA190 devices (Software Version: 1.2.2(003); Hardware Version: 1.1.1).
CUCM 11.5.SU5
Signalling seems to be ok. Problem is with RTP only.
I am quite sure that problem is with ATA as packetcapture close to ATA has the same symptoms as in CUBE in DC.
Any idea what to check next?
