Attendant Console Behavior

Hello All,

I have an issue with Attendant console not going to voicemail if no members pickup.  This is setup to ring 5 members and the last number is a DN forwarded to VM.  When the DN is at the top of the member list and i call the number it goes straight to voicemail as expected.  WHen the DN is the last member and i call the number i didnt get voicemail (members are logged in but ignored the call), the phone rang over 2.5 minutes with no VM.

If members are logged in will the AC just cycle through the logged in members before being sent to the DN?  Any advice would be helpful

Hi Eddie,

   Could you make sure always route to this member checkbox is selected ? Additionally, add Voicemail Pilot as the last member of Hunt Group.
