Attendant Console Calling number display issue

Hi,

Below call flow is implemented. User call on board number of PRI. PRI is connected on Cisco MGCP router. MGCP gateway is registered with CUCM. We are using Unity Connection to play welocme IVR prompt. After welcome prompt is played on unity connection,call is directed to Attendant Console client via Attendant console server.

--->E1 PRI-->MGCP Gateway----> CUCM---->Unity Connection---->Attendant Console Server--->Attendant Console Client.

Problem is when call is in queue (ringing) on attendant console client, unity voice mail port number is displayed as calling number. After the call is answered,original caller number is dispaled on attendant console client. Our requirement is to display orignal caller number instead of voice mail port number when call is in queue (ringing) on attendant console client.

Can you please suggest how resolve this?

Can you make sure the following CUCM service parameter is set to true:

Display Original Calling Number on Transfer From Cisco Unity

Hi Chris,

If "Display Original Calling Number on Transfer From Cisco Unity" is set to False porblem on attendant console is resolved.

However a new problem aries. We have one more call flow in setup.

Call Flow:-

User call on board number of PRI. PRI is connected on Cisco MGCP router. MGCP gateway is registered with CUCM. We are using Unity Connection as auto attendant to play welcome prompt and transfer to desire extension.

--->E1 PRI-->MGCP Gateway--> CUCM-->Unity Connection (auto attendant)-->(SIP Trunk)Blackberry MVS server-->MVS client on mobile phone

Problem is when user dial MVS client extension number on Unity connection auto attendant. When MVS clinet is ringing unity voice mail port number is displayed as calling number. After the call is answered,original caller number is dispaled on MVS client. Our requirement is to display orignal caller number instead of voice mail port number when call is ringing on MVS.

So, if i set "Display Original Calling Number on Transfer From Cisco Unity" as False, then there is problem with MVS client calling number diaplay.

If i set "Display Original Calling Number on Transfer From Cisco Unity" as True, then there is problem with attendant console calling number diaplay.

Can you please suggest how resolve both issue?
