Attendant console transfer call error

We are having an odd issue that just started to happen. When one of our end users has there desk phone transferred to their cell phone. When the front desk transfers to the local extension AC will show have the call sit there then it comes up with (No Reply) this does not happen for all users. So our thought was maybe the user did not have a voicemail setup on that cell phone and it would just ring, However that is not the case. If you dial the extension directly the forward works at it is should.

Has anyone seen this or have any ideas what we may look at?
