My company has been in the process of upgrading CUCM to 8.6. However I just learned I am losing my free Cisco attendant console. I am looking for something to replace it with. I have not heard good things about Arc, or the ease of implementation. I know there are some third party solutions out there and was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with them and could recommend anything.
Thanks in advance,
Allen

I use IQ Solutions Vista Point console. http://www.iqnetsolutions.com/Cisco_Main.aspx
Its simple for the end users to use, but updating the BLFs can be a bit of administration pain if you have regular changes. Company is great to work with from a support aspect.

Thanks for the suggestion roger, seems like a lot of positive regarding Fidelus, its nice I dont need a server!! I have downloaded their trial and will be taking that for a spin.
S_Mcnally, thanks for the recommendation. I will be running a trial of Iq net as well.
More to come as I test.
Thanks again,
Allen

Guys thanks for all your help.
I have been strongly leaning towards and most likely will purchase the Fidelus solution. After evaluating each, I have found theirs to be the easiest. Support was good as they were able to help me w/ a few questions. Definately would recommend them to anyone else with my same problem.
Thanks again guys!
