Auto Attandant in Unity Issue

In Cisco Unity, Auto Attendant does not transfer calls. Call handler goes to voice mail instead of ringing the subscriber's IP phones and results in the error - "Sorry, the subscriber you want to reach is currently unavailable. Please leave a message"

what should i do ??

Thank you jaime, the problem was due to CSS as you said but specific in "Rerouting Calling Search Space" under SIP trunk confg to unity that we just need to apply the proper CSS.

Is the transfer rule configured to ring the device?

I'm assuming CSS and restriction tables allow the call.

yes, I have already checked transfer rule for specific user i want to forward the call to when caller press "0"

And does the CSS from the integration allow you to call that DN?
