Hi

i have call manager 7, and unity 5.x, and ip phone 7965 configured and up

i have 04 line RTC, i would like to configur them in these 7965 like standard office

with welcom message, and auto tranfering call in intra office lines.

line intra of 7965 (5000,5001,5002) receive call call from externall, welcome message after automatic operator to transfer call to lines office

how i can do that if it is possible?

how i can config one line of standar as fax line?

Yes, there are plenty of threads on how to configure AA, most of them now will refer to CUC, but it's very similar in Unity

FAX will depend on the procotol you use, and what you use for PSTN. cisco.com has a lot of material on fax configuration, once you know which protocol you want to use, you can search for reference material.
