Auto registering phones on CUCM and creation of config files

Hi everybody.

CUCM---Sw----Ipphone (7940)

Above CUCM controls our phone. It is also running tftp service.

We want our 7940 phone to auto-register with CUCM upon boot up.

Assuming we successfully set up our cucm for auto-config, what will happen next? Will config files will be  generated? what will those files?

If i change the parameters while configuring auto-set up such as load , device pool, will these changes also change the load info and CM list in configuration files ?

Below the informtion requested:

Will config files will be  generated? Yes

what will those files? Files will be request by the phone

If i change the parameters while configuring auto-set up such as load ,  device pool, will these changes also change the load info and CM list in  configuration files ? Yes
