i guess you don't understand how AC works
calls arrive at pilot point and are sent to the members of hunt group.
pilot point is a virtual number
Read this doc to understand the way AC works

Hi Java
Hope you are OK.
Please let me know if I can use the AC user that is created in a shared active directory for all CUCM clusters. Currently one of the CUCM cluster is using the AC user for a console, but I want to use this AC user to other CUCM cluster's user.
Is possible?
Version 4.1.3

Doing fine, thx.
Hope you're OK as well.
There should be no problem with this, you can also create different users per site so you can manage this independently and avoid having just 1 point of failure for all clusters.
Q. How do I change the Attendant Console username and password for JTAPI applications?
