I have existing Avaya JITC CM 7.1 PBX with Session Manager and System Manager application. I have plans to use CISCO 8841 SIP TEMPEST IP phones in my new branch. Does Avaya PBX support cisco IP phones? How to integrate Avaya and Cisco telephony?

Assuming you have a 3PCC phone, that's not a tested platform

Phones with Enterprise FW are not tested by Cisco with 3rd party PBX.
If it supports standard SIP IP Phones they * should * work, might want to ask to Avaya on support for 3rd party phones and configuration.
