Hi all,
I'm trying to configure a simple B-ACD, using drop-Throught mode, but it's not working.
The idea is, when I dial out to 5000, I should hear a prompt, and them, I need to be automatically transferred to Hunt Group.
But it's not working. Calling this number, I heard a message: "You've entered the invalid option, please try again", and them, the Welcome Prompt starts.
Besides that, that call is not being transferred to hunt group. I keep hearing the Welcome prompt.
Can someone help me, please?
