B Channel Selection for 2 PRIs

Hello everyone,

On a setup that will use 2 PRIs with the hunt group set up to use both PRIs for access to all 46 channels is there any reason for setting 1 PRI B Channel selection for low to high and the other for high to low or does it make more sense to set them both to the same?

Hi Angel,

If these PRI's are being used for Incoming calls only (which it sounds like they are) then they can both be set the same. You usually use the "Top Down" and "Bottom Up" configs when these PRI's are being deployed for both Incoming and Outgoing calls to prevent collisions :)
