BACD DropThrough

Hey Guys,

I am running into a situation where the BACD drop through looks like a viable solution without making things too complicated. With Callmanager Express 7.0.1 is there a way to have a opt out for voice mail using DropThrough mode?

Standrd B-ACD/AA does not have an option to get to VM while in queue.

Can you use the exit extension and exit option with Drop Through mode? If that works I could just forward to an extension that has call forward all on it. I will contact you about you script.

You may be very well right, I was not considering the latest version that has this new feature.

Perhaps it's time that I port my modification into it.
