hi,
witth the cisco phone designer it is possible to upload new images on custom phone and not for all users.
How could i do this without the designer?
I found only this doc https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-11493 , but this is for all users in the envoirenment.
Thanks for help.

AFAIK that happens with phone designer because you're actually sending the image from the PC to the phone, but if you upload the images to the TFTP and change the List.xml, ANY phone that is looking at that TFTP server and has the right image size can get the background.
You would need to set a separate TFTP server where to put all the phone files along with the backgrounds and just point the phones you want to get that background to it.

If you mean how to upload files for other phone models manually you just need to go to CCO and search:
PHONE_MODEL + Administration guide
obviusly change PHONE_MODEL for whatever you need, there should be a customizing the ip phone section in the guide and the instructions and size for that model will be there.

Hi Java,
no i mean upload a file for only one phone so that other users are not able to choose those wallpapers. Do you know? With the Phone Designer it is possible to change only for one phone the background/ringtone so that not all other users have the choice to choose the picture/ringtone.
