I have had a PAP2 for a while and have never found any way to backup the configuration apart from noting down each and every parameter in a handwritten document. I have now newly acquired an SPA3102 which also appears to have no function that allows me to backup the configuration to a file. My other similar products like routers all have a built-in function to save / restore the configuration. Can anyone explain why PAP2 and SPA3102 don't seem to have a simple facility like this built in?
As I am a beginner with no particular skills in voice gateways I'm therefore still looking for an easy and convenient way to save the configuration of my two devices. Is there a simple utility available which achieves this?
