I’m experiencing issues with backing up CUPS. When I attempt to perform a backup, I encounter the following error: ‘Unable to read file.’ As a result, the backup process completes unsuccessfully. I have one CUPS instance connected to one CUCM. Both my CUPS and CUCM versions are 14.0.1.13900-8.
any idea?

Could you specify which components exactly are failing during the backup? There was a bug in version 10.5 with similar error for which we needed to reach out to Cisco TAC. However, as you are using version 14, I don’t believe this bug is impacting you.
