Basic-ACD language selection procedure

Hi Dear All

i have one issue . that is i have cisco UC500 router . i have 3 audio files. one is main file. and one is for English and one is for Urdu.i have read a lots of documentation for this task but i am not understanding very well. 

 

i need main to play firstly and then which i choose English or Urdu. what is simple procedure . please i waiting for proper and perfect answer
