Hi gurus,
Where can I find the BAT excel file for CCM 5 so i can pre-populate it with data and import it into CCM?
SInce it is an appliance server, I'm not sure where I can find the file.
Would appreciate any help.

BAT Excel file is in the CCM server, you'll find them in Bulk Administration>Upload Download files
