BAT error message while exporting phones

Hi,

I have CUCM v6.1, I am using BAT to export phones details, the export went successful but when I tried to download the file I found a message prohibit me from downloading the file " unable to download bulkjobEdit.do from 10.10.10.10 "

Hello Mohammad,

I suspect this is a Web Browser (Explorer) issue.

Could you please try to download the BAT file with another browser (i.e. Firefox, Opera...)?
