BE6k Version 11 OVA Deploy Fails

Wondering if anyone has yet to come across this problem. I've updated Esxi hypervisor to SU2 per the Cisco readme but the deployment fails about 75% of the way thru. It shipped with 10.5.1 CUCM, CUC, IMP and Collab Provisioning...thought I'd ask the group before going through a TAC process...

do you get any error when deployment fails and are you using the right OVA.

Oddly no. I do, downloaded the 3 parts for the 1K on an M chassis. Checksums looked good and combined to 12G ova successful. No details other than after about 70% it states failed to deploy. No information in detail from vsphere interface...
