Best default gateway selection for CUCM Cluster

Hello,

We have a deployment of PUB & SUB on BE6K with default gateway an interface on the firewall

and another sub on different vlan and machine with another default gateway interface on firewall

We have problem connectivity between servers as attached and replication problem occur always

Can this default gateway be a problem or normal that the firewall be the default gateway as I can't find anything in SRND about best design

hi,

the default gateway is just the path/route that a packet will use to enter into the network. you must assure few things

- ping utils network ping x.x.x.x

- connectivity is good between the pub and the sub on different server(network) : utils network connectivity x.x.x.x (ip on sub)

- show network cluster (all nodes should be authenticated)

- utils diagnose test

- utils network traceroute x.x.x.x

- check all the ports are open on firewall follow :
