Hi,
When we migrated from CCM 3.3 to 6.1 we discovered that our hunt groups had to be set up differently to get them to work.
We currently have a dummy phone set up which then forwards all calls to the pilot number which then distributes the calls through the huntgroup.
I'm sure this isn't the most effective way of doing things, so what's the best way to set these up?
Thanks

There is really no best practice, i usually configure things as simple as possible. Meaning if the calls come into a DID, configure the hunt pilot with that DID.

Hi Lee,
If you don't want to use a "Dummy" phone, look at using a CTI-RP (Route Point) to Call Forward All to the Hunt Pilot DN :) This is an extremely common configuration.
Hope this helps!
