We are making a customized billing software for CUCM 4.3 using sql server. In our scenario we haven't implemented FAC because of which
there is no Caller Name in the CDR.
Now i think Caller Name can be extracted through ART database. But exactly which table in the ART database contains Caller Name is my question.
Can anyone help me with some practical experience or a good document which can help me extract all information through ART database.
