Billing System integration with Cisco Call Manager 9.x

Hello Guys,

I'm on my way to do an implementation of CUCM 9.x and one of the things that i have to cover is the integration of my customers actual 3rd Party Billing System, do you know wich are the steps that i need to follow in order to perform this kind of integration???

I've read that all of this is regarding CDR but i'm not sure what do i need to look in the Billing System and also de CUCM in order to send all the calling information between the boxes.

Hi,

CDR contain detailed information about calls originating from, terminating at or passing through CUCM. Theses CDR files can be send using a SFTP server.

You can follow this guide to send the CDR file to the billing system:

Is this a standard?? I mean do I have to check something in the billing software for compatibilty??

It's not a standard. Some billing system need to be adjust to understand the CDR files so you will need to check the compatibility with you system.
