BLF Subscribe on a IOS SIP Call.

Hi all,

Good day.

Do you know if it is possible to create a BLF in Cisco CUCM in order to monitor a port on a VG224 (Call Manager Sees that port as a route patter that uses a SIP trunk to point the VG 224)?

I know the SIP protocol can subscribe events in a trunk, and from Call Manager to Call Manager they can use this by using a SIP Trunk.

BFL --> SIP Trunk --> IOS VG224 --> Incomming VOIP DP --> Pot Dial-peer on port 2/11.

Is that possible?

I know it is possible on MGCP.

What about SIP?

I don't think the VG224 will response to Subscribe message with XML body about the status of the endpoint
