CISCO 9971 behind NAT at off site home

Good afternoon ,

We have a CME set up at one location that works perectly fine.

I am wondering what ports are required to get a cisco sip 9971 to work at another location home router that is doing nat. If phone is pluged directly In to a active line with no nat it works. So it's nat / port forward issue.

The cme is not behind nat it's just this one client phone. Need to kow what ports to forward...

Hi,

you may refer to the link below:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/port/9_1_1/CUCM_BK_T2CA6EDE_00_tcp-port-usage-guide-91/CUCM_BK_T2CA6EDE_00_tcp-port-usage-guide-91_chapter_01.html

Go through the table 6 " Signaling, Media, and Other Communication Between Phones and Cisco Unified Communications Manager "
